Jake has worked for many years teaching learners from as young as 3 years old. He had developed programs to immerse Young Learners into English outside of the classroom to promote learners’ autonomy and passion for the language. He spent many years working to offer offsite activities to Young Learners throughout China. He is experienced in designing extra-curricular activities for Young Learners to use English in meaningful ways after class.

The aim of this session is to deepen teachers understanding of the importance of students’ output in the language acquisition process. How do we bridge the gap between the classroom and the outside world with English? Teachers will be given practical ideas on how to increase opportunities for their students to use English in meaningful ways.

The aim of this session is for teachers to develop 21st Century skills through an interactive and engaging task while they enjoy their lunch. Be ready to collaborate with your peers and be creative to achieve the secret goal!

特色教案設計：語言勳章挑戰

Teachers will explore a number of Happy Learning stations in their teams. Each team will collaborate with each other to create a presentation for the rest of the group. Teachers will be encouraged to be creative and original. The stations will help to develop learners’ autonomy and allow teachers to highlight their own talents while learning.

*Groups will be given support and ideas from our Happy Ambassadors.

結訓誓師大會

Groups will present their ideas and learning from Happy Teaching. Trainers will give feedback and suggestions. Prizes and rewards will be given to the most creative and collaborative team.
